We are a small farm in the foothills of western North Carolina. What started as a quest for more authentic ingredients became a desire to grow and share some of the many varieties of garlic from around the globe. Each year we offer 8 to 12 heirloom varieties based on customer feedback and how well the garlic acclimates to our environment.
We employ organic agricultural practices to manage and maintain our fields and to increase biodiversity. Our goal is to produce a quality product that is healthy and tastes better than what you would find on the shelves or displays at a local store.
We sell our products at farmers markets, restaurants, Co-ops and through our monthly Go Garlic CSA.
