Go Garlic is a small farm in the foothills of western North Carolina. What started as a quest for more authentic ingredients became a desire to grow and share some of the many varieties of garlic from around the globe.
We employ organic agricultural practices to manage and maintain our fields and to increase biodiversity. Our goal is to produce a quality product that is healthy and tastes better than what you would find on the shelves or displays at a local store.
Our products are sold at local farmers markets; to restaurants, Co-ops and through our monthly Go Garlic CSA.
